ABOUT US

TICO WIND JERI

Argentina - December 1990

THE BEGINNING

TicoWind Jeri’s journey began with Eduardo Giudici’s deep passion for windsurfing. Traveling throughout Argentina, Eduardo constantly sought the best wind spots. His adventures led him to Costa Rica, Venezuela, and Maui, where he immersed himself in windsurfing. During a trip to Costa Rica, Eduardo met an Englishman who owned a windsurfing school in Jericoacoara. Captivated by Jeri’s constant winds, warm waters, and welcoming community, Eduardo decided to buy the school’s equipment and make Jeri his home.

FAMILY

In his first year in Jeri, Eduardo formed a family with Giovanna Ferreri. Together, they run the Water Sports Center. Giovanna, an enthusiastic instructor, loves sharing her passion for windsurfing, wingfoiling, and surfing. Their daughter, Penelope, inherited their love for the sea, enjoying both surfing and sailing from a young age.

US AND THE SEA

For Eduardo, the sea has always been a source of energy. Growing up near Buenos Aires, he loved the ocean despite its cold waters. Giovanna’s connection to the sea started in Italy’s Ligurian Sea, where she learned to embrace the cold water. Penelope’s early memories are filled with the joy of being pushed on a surfboard by her parents, feeling the thrill of the waves.

TicoWind Jeri is dedicated to making your water sports experience unforgettable. Our family’s love for the sea and wind is at the heart of everything we do. Join us and become part of our story, where the wind, waves, and family create memories that last a lifetime.
